Planet-Websecurity.org is launching
Those of you who have spoken to me recently may already be aware of this project, but for those who don't, I am pleased to announce the launch of Planet Websecurity, founded with the intention to bring together similarly themed news and rants related to Web security and to display them in one place.
There isn't currently much on the site, except for the articles located in an archive which allows you to browse through previous entries as well as a search facility that may help you to find articles on topics you are particularly interested in.
Last but not least there is an RSS feed, subscribers to which are highly appreciated. If you would like to contribute to the planet, you're more than welcome to send me an e-mail or use the proposal form.
Ultimately I hope this site helps to keep track of what is going on in the business and last, but not least, many thanks to all contributors.

This is something, I was looking for the last weeks. But I haven't found such a planet, so I decided to build my own. So you're a little to late. ;-)
Well, the purpose of the planet essentially is to provide a complete collection of useful feeds. Building own planets via. Google Reader or similar applications always has the disadvantage that one could forget important feeds.
Consider this your public Google Reader about Web application security ;)

Where is it? I'll stick to this one anyway ;)
Cool thing Christian! I'm also happy you added my mag onto it, thank you very much. I have it as feed, and I promise not to post so much, otherwise I'll bury the rest :)

Could you explain the difference between this site and ha/sla .ckers.org?
@Mario: Alex's link is in his comment. Click on his name :)
Great news.
But can the RSS feed please include the body of the article not only the heading ?
I hate to click on each and every news i got in reader.
Kishor: Oh what a comparison. I would never dare to try to compete with ha.ckers, neither with sla.ckers. There is no sense in doing that.
These sites are totally different. While ha.ckers is a blog of RSnake and sla.ckers a forum, the planet is just a feed aggregator for everyone interested to subscribe to. Just a site to check for news one might have missed or to digg up old entries with the search facility.
I actually got inspired by the personal planet chris of Chris Shiflett.
Oh great! I am a subscriber!
How about contributing Kishor?
@ Kishor: This isn't right. The link is going to my blog. The planet is located at planet.bitsploit.de ;-)
@Alex, @Kishor. Cool thx - looks pretty promising too!
Don't you dare to compete with my planet! *laugh*
I am always in search of a topic to write about :). Will definitely like to contribute when I find one.
Thanks.
@Alex: I'm getting an auth dialog box on planet.bitsploit.de
